If you prefer to send in a check or cash

• make sure to send it in a sealed envelope and have your student put it in the band room safe.

• Use a payment label, or be sure to write student's name and what the payment is for on the envelope.

• You may pay for multiple items (polo and Carowinds, for example) with a single check and envelope.  If using labels, you may use more than one label on the same envelope.
